I have an 8 x 10 washable rug which was too heavy for me to wash myself. Unfortunately my dog has had a lot of accidents.

Greg and David did a fantastic job of picking up the rug, washing it professionally and bringing it back/installing it. There is no more dog smell at all. They also put in a fresh rug liner underneath.

Excellent experience and would hire them again.

Loyal through and through. We scheduled Greg for a cleaning of essentially all light colored furniture and area rug. Not our first time with Greg and the returning client situation made for a priceless experience. Greg has perfect customer service. I wasn't even home when he cleaned everything - including managed to roll up the rug and transport it out of the building for its washing. That thing is huge and had to be insanely heavy, unwieldy. He communicated throughout, so I felt like I was there without any hassle. Feels so premium to be taken care of, not having to lift a finger.

I've had several rugs and items of furniture cleaned by PureGreen which have all come out beautifully!

The only downside is the long wait with larger rugs they've taken for cleaning but I'll take it for the wonderful work they do.

Luis is the best, as are Mike and Chris who delivered my rug recently and did a thorough job of putting it just where I wanted!
